Returns must be authorized by Prudential. Claims must be made within 15 days of receipt of goods.
It is the receiver's responsibility to check for discrepancies in an order before any alterations are made. Altered garments, including Irregulars, are not returnable. All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization form or number. Returns without original corresponding invoice number(s) will be credited at the lowest published price. Returns of unwanted merchandise must be approved and will be subject to 20% restock fee. Merchandise that is not Prudential's will be returned at the customers expense or disposed of by Prudential. Discontinued items are not returnable. All returns must be prepaid.
